Wayne was amazing! I called 3 minutes to 6pm with a flat tire and he came by and helped me inflate my tire, opened the shop, and plugged a whole left in by a bolt. As someone who was half way through a 12 hour drive, he and Interstate Auto were absolute life savers! I was terrified that I was gonna have to spend the night in a hotel. Cool, professional and so kind. If I ever encounter issues in Kearney again, I will 100% be sure to use them again!

Randy and his staff are incredible! Nice clean facilities, friendly and accommodating staff in the office and they have always been 100% honest with me. They are generally swamped due to the amount of clients they have so you need to schedule your work ahead of time but in my opinion that’s a really good sign of their competence and the quality of their work.

Do you understand the concept “good people”? I can assure you they sound tough because they work a lot. I had a problem that was complexed but I couldn’t do it. The vehicle owner is responsible for checking their vehicle before getting on the road. That is the law. Check MoDOT. I know my vehicle is safe because Randy did a fantastic job on my vehicle. The $ was worth paying. This is my personal experience with interstate auto and towing.

If you need help call them!! We had a trailer tire blowout on a cross country trip. 5 star service, Wayne was friendly and made it out to us very fast and helped us find a shop for a quick repair. Couldn’t recommend them more!

We have used Interstate Auto for almost 9 years now. They came to my rescue when I had gotten new tire from a different auto shop that messed up the job and broke off the tire studs. That shop would not even come out to get the van & fix what they broke. I found Interstate Auto, called them, & despite their busy schedule, came & got my van, fixed the brakes, tire studs, & got me back on the road. Since then, they have worked on all of our vehicles. Honest, integrity, Low prices. Just now Randy came & got my van as it was broken down. I so appreciate Interstate Auto and all they have done to help us.

Basic inspection but on my way to the shop I remembered I needed to replace a headlight. I picked up the light on the way and when I got there I asked if they could replace it for me. They replaced the light at no charge. Little things like this go a long way. Hard to find shops with good customer service these days. Front desk associates are always friendly as well. Thank you!

I recently purchased a set of tires and had my van aligned. The tires were a great value but more importantly Randy was fair and honest about what the van needed (a little front end work to correct an alignment problem that was wearing out tires). I trust them and that matters a whole bunch. Have you ever gone to NTB or another big brand shop for the $59.95 brake job only to find your brake job is suddenly $1100.00? Stick with Randy and Angi, they will treat you right.

Since we first became acquainted with Interstate service in summer 2013 when a different auto shop refused to fix the poor, reckless, dangerous work on my van they performed (broken tire studs, wheels messed up, etc), Randy graciously fit us in the same day and worked hard to get.my van mobile and safe so we could get our kids to camo and I could also be there on nursing staff. Interstate Auto has provided honest, trustworthy work and service; even if there are issues that are above their capabilities they still provide quality service and trustworthy resources to continue additional maintenance. They are friendly, small town with great work ethic ready to provide the best service possible.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We brought our truck in for an evaluation and then came in a couple days later for the problem to be fixed. Their part supplier sent the wrong model number of the part. So the repair ended up taking longer than expected but they went above and beyond to make sure to still get it done as quickly as possible so I could have transportation as needed later in the day. They do a great job at the repairs and an even better job of customer service. Family owned, quality business!
